Do you have a source for the number of shares?? I thought it was the are IPO'ing 20% of the company and distributing 80% to coms holders...

(ie, issue is % vs # of shares)

these numbers are incorrect, and in fact are not known at this time.

they're going to sell 20% of the total shares to the public and 80% will be distributed back to COMS shareholders (or so they say). that's where you must have gotten your 20/80 figures.
