If that rumor is true, I would bet that the most likely move for Loral would be to imitate GMH, and sell their satellite manufacturing business. Lockheed would be a logical candidate.

Just spoke with a friend who has strong ties to LMT. He told me that he too has heard LMT will be selling their commercial space division. That is all he said, no rumor on who the purchasing party would be.

Rumor folks, it is still a rumor.
