It's taking a while to catch on. Everybody caught onto Fed-Ex and UPS providing the deliveries.

As all the traditional retailers move into vending over the internet they will have to change their concept of customer-service.

Companies like Wal-Mart and others will spend billions upgrading their remote customer services. In the past you walked into a store - asked where things were - and if you needed to return them you took them back to the store.
That just won't cut it if you want to retail over the internet. Eshare with it's integrated internet and call-centre solutions has a total solution. The market should be theirs unless they cock up
Some of the online brokerages could you that technology too. Interesting watching this stock - with the low volume over the past few days it hasn't taken much to push the price either way. I'm guessing everybody's either waiting to sell or buy.

TH, looking at the chart ESHR is due for another pop soon.
So I got second 25% today in 16s.

I've never seen you so bullish on a stock so I am going along with you. (but I still think you are better with shorts so I am accumulating ESHR with caution -g-)

Good luck,

Web

If I understand correctly, KANA reported disappointing results today. It seems to me that if KANA takes a dive tomorrow we should expect to see a sympathy dip tomorrow (although hopefully a small one). However, this could be a great opportunity for ESHR to identify itself as the new leader of the pack with a strong earnings report in a couple of weeks. Thoughts, anyone?
