hi dan
like you i enjoy finding the beaten down stock and take a position for the ride up. sometimes a long wait (eg inso) but well worth it. i just looked at the charts for ksws and i think it has a way to go yet. in fact i believe another downtrend is starting. when i return from holidays if things are turning i may just join you in this stock. btw gumm is moving nicely.

later charlie

I agree on limited downside
but I'm not quite as sure on the upside for the next few months

balance sheet wise it is just fine

but top line and forward bookings suggests they still have some worms to kill:
future orders being the primary one
styling, new distribution channels, and a bit on the Inv + A/R side

as for the stock buyback I'm surprised
in Q4 they did 360,000 shares
for $6,017,000
an avg of 16.71
I would have though a lot more than that
and at lower prices
hell, you and I bought way lower than that
that suggests they were not buying in the open market when it was down in 11-13 range
does not make sense to me; I've got to chew on that one; a lot
cause that bugs me more than anything else

last time I went in this heavy; almost too heavy
the only mistake I made was selling too soon and not sitting for a huge gain to the high teens

this go round I need to find a compelling reason to get in and/or go heavy with patient money
I'm just not there yet
