Here's the Ocean Rig/FGH story:

Wednesday January 19, 4:07 am Eastern Time

Ocean Rig in deal with Goldman Halter

OSLO, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Norway's Ocean Rig said on Wednesday that it had reached a deal with Friede Goldman Halter (NYSE:FGH -
news) over disputed delays to deliveries of two deep water drilling rigs from Friedman Goldman yards.

Ocean Rig said that it was raising the price it was paying for the Bingo 9000-1 and Bingo 9000-2 rigs, under construction at Friede
Goldman's yards in Mississippi, by $21.5 million each.

It said that neither side admitted responsibility for delays in deliveries. The Bingo 9000-1 would be delivered on October 31 this year and the Bingo 9000-2 on December 31.

Do I recall that FGH took a big charge in Sept/Oct 1999? In that case is this not a $43 mm recovery? What was the charge?
