One day in a restaurant a man suddenly called out, "My son's choking! He swallowed a quarter! Help! Please! anyone! Help!" A man who had been sitting at a nearby table stood up and, looking totally unconcerned, stepped over to the boy. He wrapped his hands around the boy's testicles and squeezed hard.
