The first analyst said "Congratulations on a phenomenal quarter!" No problems anticipated with closing the Divicom acquisition before the end of March. There will be some acquisition costs and costs associated with amortization of Divicom's goodwill. Second analyst said "Great quarter." There seems to lots of focus on the mux/mini product. Some discussion of digital return path. As to various architectures, there will be a variety of solutions depending on the geography (density) of the region and the customer needs. They don't see one architecture becoming dominant at this point. Things look good for the future. HLIT does not see shortages in the supply of optical components. It is a risk, but their purchasing guys have done a good job. No significant effects on numbers or customers. Analyst mentioned Divi/Time-Warner/Cablevision deals!
