If by a SLIM chance the judge rules in favor of SGGNF and the Summary Disposition is thrown out, it appears to me that getting the compact will be an up hill battle.

I'm in stocks related to Broadband now, and I *may* and I said *may* take a look at SGGNF again, BUT only once HorsePower is released and I can see it working with my own eyes. Would like to try it as well.

In my opinion.
