re: ...AMD may blow Intel to Kingdom Come - but the smart money is betting that AMD is AMD is AMD - and that puts AMD directly in Intel's cross hairs - again.

Intel carries a pretty big gun and lots of ammunition.

And AMD has a big X painted on its chest.

The problem is Intel always aims for the leg.

Action's a tad disappointing. First, there is that short raid on Intel (INTC:Nasdaq - news) -- an alleged downgrade that simply is not true.

Could explain the action this morning.
