This whole intel/via thing could get very interesting.

First NSM certainly has the license to build such a chipset for VIA - and is already doing so.

In addition Fab 25 will have a bunch of capacity pretty soon.

If Intel can stop Joshua(in a 2 be filed suit) then this is good for AMD as well - less low end competition.

Overall this is very good for AMD however the VIA/Intel battle shapes up.

Bill, IMO the purpose of the VIA lawsuit is to blackmail them into not supporting the Athlon.
