Thanks Peter. Holy grail for GPCRs at least. I wonder how they know the predictions are right given that so few actual structures (of GPCRs) are known? People who went to SNAP had been doing this for a while, but I guess the models are not as good? Becker, however, is totally credible. Did some beautiful work as postdoc at Harvard with Martin Karplus (the latter is constantly in the rumored short list for the Nobel) Scratching head, PB
