Dear Howard: Yes, its been a big disappointment so far. Amazing to me that so many analysts have such great things to say about WCOM but it goes nowhere except sliding down. At this rate pretty soon the raves will be its a value stock. Dont intend to sell though and if it breaks 40 may buy more. JDN

Funny you should say that Howard.

I just recently bought in, big (for me), was ticked pink to be able to buy at these levels, and am very much looking forward to watching WCOM's performance in 2000. And, going back the other way, if someone had bought in in early October 1998 they'd be up 45% right now.

Just goes to show, I guess, how much folks' viewpoints depend on their entry positions.

Best wishes
Tom
