Dear Howard: I dont know for sure. I have been told that everytime WCOM announces a merger their stock takes a hit. This one is so up i the air over approval a lot of indecision. The reason I am going to hold through this and accumulate more if the price is right is I look at this as a no lose proposition. ie if merger is unapproved stock ought to bounce back. If approved ought to allay peoples fears about lack of wireless. JDN
