ok Tom, you did say "allegedly" and you've made your points quite clearly. Let's see what the market tells us in the next few weeks. I just think it's easier to make money investing in companies you believe in rather than going against the tide and shorting as you seem to do. Easier to sleep at night. If I felt like you do that FMKT has misleading management, then I would have sold by now. I guess we can agree to disagree. Putting the lawsuits aside for a moment, would you agree that the company's prospects for future growth look extremely good?
