Bull Market Intact?: Rotation into Small Caps Confirming? Looks like small caps (and in particular technology) are benefitting from a rotational migration into the Russell 2000.. www2.marketwatch.com IBD Accumulation/Distribution ratings for all of the major indices ramain quite healthy; advancing/recovery days occuring on heavy volume, while down days are happening on relatively lighter volume and are of shorter duration. Comments are appreciated on the health of the still intact(?) bull market. DD
