Haim, what do you make of the current inverted yield curve? It seems to be steepening in slope now. The general economics answer is that a boom period is happening- however many suggest that the falling slope (higher short term rates) indicates that the boom is peaking.

Here's an interesting primer on interest rates and yield curves for the thread. I honestly believe that a good understanding of interest rates is a key (maybe THE key) to financial success.
