Aus -

I remember posting here a year or so ago that all we need to do is to get SNDK to get a product that kids like and SNDK will take off vertically.

I said at the time that bless the little darlings their parents are powerless against their massive spending demands. Parents all over the country just have to pay up!!! And there is no limit to kids appetite to spend. Even Greenspan won't do anything that would interfere with spending on kids. Nothing can stop them, they are the thundering heard, they conquer all, parents pocket books are opended freely, credit cards, diect debit cards in short kids can send a company's stock into orbit!!!

Best regards,

L

But if SanDisk is successful I would anticipate either a press release or a mention of this important litigation at the time of the conference call.

I'm not an attorney, but my guess is that they would have a press release immediately at the time of the judgement. This is the only "fair" way to do it. Otherwise, word will spread slowly, giving those in the know the ability to make money on "inside" info. If the judge is any good, he'll release his decision after the market is closed, allowing the info to be disseminated to all equitably.
