I got quite a laugh out of niceguys post as well. Wouldn't have anything to do with # of outstanding shares would it?

Just an FYI for you...came across some interesting #'s last night. Did you know that AMD's much celebrated 65M in 4thQ profit was almost exactly the same amount that Intel GAVE to charity in 1998!!!!

AMD's stock price gets split by a factor of 2 nearly every year.

Unlike Intel, however, AMD never doubles the number of shares - they just "halve" the price.
