The rumor/news is that Amzn is talking/planing for more financing. Sold mine.

I don't see a news release yet, but if Amazon's raising more cash, they must have a pending need for it. I doubt they burned through an appreciable fraction of their $850M in three months. Any ideas?

Seems like a great idea for them to raise cash now -- they're still crushing what little online etailing competition exists. [Edit: this needs some clarification -- no other diversified etailing competitor approaches Amazon.com for overall sales. Unless perhaps buy.com has been doing well. I guess they'll IPO this year.]
