Buckey,

THEY CLOSED tim Horetons and the BOOZE store. Yikes! You know I left there and am in a different job. Nope. I'll PM you.

My very first daytrade order was a stop limit buy on the TSE. The stock in question had tons of momo -- the play of the day sort. Anyway, it was finally showing some weakness so I chose a likely bottom and put in an order that would represent 15% of my stake -- too much and my first mistake. All hell broke lose of course and it didn't even wave to my stop on the way by. I cancelled online, I called, I even prayed a little I recall.

I ended up being filled at $1.62-$1.68 or some such. By this time the bids were filling and it went up hard for the rest of the day, right into the close. On the other side of the trade I made another mistake. Instead of selling enough to cover my initial investment while keeping the rest for fun and profit, I sold it all at the close. Me and my profit sat by watching it go up another 30%.
