dot com expands CyberBingo reach to United Kingdom

BUFFALO, NY: February 3, 2000 - dot com Entertainment Group, Inc. (hereinafter "dot com") (OTCBB: DCEG) a fully-reporting Internet technology company, announced today an agreement with Internet International Inc., Ltd. of London, United Kingdom (hereinafter "III-UK") governing III-UK's participation as a partner in dot com's Bingo Network Program. The Bingo Network Program is an expansion of dot com's proprietary sub-license business concept, which allows anyone in the world to operate their own online Bingo hall, through the CyberBingo infrastructure.

Under the name SOLDUK.com, III-UK is developing a next generation, net-centric, United Kingdom based Internet community which will deliver the United Kingdom's first vertically integrated fully automated Internet portal e-experience. The SOLDUK.com community site will have classified advertising, auction networking, messaging and "XML" downloadable toolbox utility, Internet Bingo and other games, all of which will be designed to target and cross market community-to-community, consumer-to-consumer and business-to-business United Kingdom market demographics. III-UK has assembled an excellent group of technology providers, including dot com and its award winning Internet Bingo technology.

The Bingo Network Program will provide SOLDUK.com with community access into dot com's licensee site in St. John's, Antigua at www.cyberbingo.net, which will be marketed throughout the United Kingdom under its own brand name. Negotiations are ongoing between the companies for dot com to provide similar low-denomination games which will be used in the SOLDUK.com portal.
