Here's a post off Yahoo thread. I think I have an excellent package for them.lots of documentation. I want in on it. They gave me a lot of problems over bills I do not think I owed them and I have documentation. Had to turn off the phone and they transfered themselves to my new phone without permission.. Have had to demand that they take themselves off my phones in different areas. I got one state ruling against them (leastwise they offered to give me a refund in credit on those charges after they heard from the state) but they came back and charged me again.. At one point they were charging me 3.00 plus per minute to call long distance.. That bill was a nightmare. Did not even know they could do that. Post any names of contacts on the message board..nice to know I am not alone...LOVE THE NET --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
