Agree Monty..... my latest play and I this doesn't trade AH but it's a BB. I did post this on Kim's thread. I don't know where else to go! Glad to see some others still here....Kathy, Pat (don't answer them anymore... you're above having to explain your intentions and feelings - if they don't get it, they never will). Tim, glad you're doing fine!

OK, my play... a BB so stop reading if you hate 'em....

Bought 2k at 2.36 a week ago. Bought another 3k at 2:58 CST at 3.71something............ canceled an order that didn't fill and up'ed it to get in by an 1/8th. 2 minutes before close.

Here is why:

VDOT Update

I'ts already seen some success. Check the these out though......
This is off RB: Contact with the company and a PR on the conference. I've already posted VDOT on the thread a few days ago... TAME is the internet software product that they have submitted a patent on recently.

Good news!!

My web design firm has taken on the TAME challenge. I have been
in close phone contact daily with Scott Lopes (a great and VERY knowledgeable guy!). So far ALL that we have thrown at them has been
solved for our clients web sites. TAME is so much more than ANY investor thinks it is. It IS revolutionary and only a techie would appreciate what TAME does.

Scott also told me that THEY ARE BOOKED SOLID FOR THE LINUX SHOW!!! They have appointments scheduled "straight thru the 4 days".

Scott also told me that a PR with an update on the Tame challenge would come BEFORE the LINUX show and that the TAME challenge "is going extremely well".

The big POP on this stock according to him will be after the show. They are real excited about what this show will do for TAME and VDOT.

Also spoke with Everett Palmer who told me that "everything is in place for TAME and the LINUX show" and that the Nasdaq listing is getting closer and closer!

I urge you ALL to pick up a phone and call if you have any questions!!

If you want this thread to be about stocks then accept my challenge.

If I may interject an opinion here for just a moment:

While stock picking competitions are a lot of fun, I'd like to point out that stock-picking ability shouldn't be the sole criterium for determining the value of a thread participant. And stock-picking isn't the only definition of a thread that is "about stocks". It was never more than a small part of what this thread has been about.

I've always viewed this thread as more of a free-for-all discussion forum with a richly eclectic mix of personalities and some stock-picking also happening.

This thread was pretty active for a few days, then started going downhill again when the thread's originator suddenly became the topic.

Tim is not the topic. I'd be hard-pressed to define just what the topic is, but whatever it might be, it's written lightly in pencil; it can change quickly.

I think the closest I can come up with is that it's a loose-knit collection of a lot of people who have come together under one roof to talk about stocks or whatever is on their mind.

Since this thread has been abandoned by its originator, if the thread can collectively come up with a new name and opening message, I'll make the change (including a notation of the text originator and date of change). I know from experience that writing anything by committee can be next to impossible but I'd bet it can be done here.

Anyway, as much fun as stock-picking competitions can be, they're also fraught with problems.

To me, a far better challenge would be to collectively figure out what this thread is really "about" and get it on that path. It's far too interesting a mix of personalities to see it reduced to stock-picking.

That's just my opinion; I could be wrong.

Regards,

SI Admin (Bob)
