Forget about all of this Anna "sh*t" and let's focus on today's big boost in the price. Merrill Lynch (excuse the spelling, I have had a few pops), normally a conservative house, not into shares of this market cap size, were big net buyers today. Go Mytec, go.....regards.

I'm certainly pleased with the recent trading and price movements. I suppose that something serious is finally developing. It should be interesting to see who bought the 4 + million shares friday and who sold them. How many shares did Merril buy? The year 2000 will definitely be the year for biometrics and Mytec should be able to finally establish its position on the market. The appointment of the new Exec. VP for the Far East is also a very positive move. IMHO a target price of 5 for the end of February is not out of reach.

If my memory tells me correct few years ago a shareholder protection plan was voted to the effect that a minimum share price of 50 would apply in case of takeover of Mytec by another company. Can anybody confirm if this plan is still in force (I have no evidence of it having been amended/canceled). Any news on the possibility of MYT being a take over target by another company?

I heard that Brenda is no longer at MYT? Can anyone confirm? Any reason for her leaving when things look promising again?
