I agree with you assessment of the situation. Is there any reason for you to believe there won't be a consolidation any time soon? It's been mentioned from time to time in the WSJ but nothing has happened yet.

I agree with your assessment of the foods that are close to "ready to eat" type of products. It is my opinion that the food producers that purchase the commodities and produce flour and oils will have pricing power as the commodities go up in price and energy inflation kicks in. Am I missing something here..except that if the commodity prices and crude oil go down from here.
