Stock has started to move but cant seem to crack 3. Company is in a hot sector. I dont get it.

Well, it's been exactly 4 months since you said that CLRI would be getting new sponsorship within 30 days. Where is the new sponsorship? Which brokerage firm has come out with a research report recommending it? I am sure it must have happened, but I have likely overlooked it.
