Tom - <Way to duck the question.> WHAT BLOODY QUESTION? You come on here without a shred of evidence, just some half baked notion that Intel should have more cash on hand than it does. Go to the balance sheets, expose this supposed fraud, and come back when you have something to argue! The semiconductor industry is an EXTREMELY CAPITAL AND R&D INTENSIVE BUSINESS. Intel has practically NO DEBT, has several MULTI BILLION DOLLAR FACILITIES, and reinvests BILLIONS a year in R&D. PB
