Richard, I think you need to give the American People a little more credit here. Only 46% of them voted in the last election. The vast majority of the American People don't trust their gov't or either party at all. What makes you think they trust the media? The stock market just got popular. Look how the trading volume grows each year! The Public just saw a good thing unfolding before their very eyes and they couldn't resist. Who can afford to be Bearish? It's so irrational out there it's not funny. It's very dangerous because the bubble could burst at any moment. I rarely hold long positions for more than 2 weeks. I think we are entering a very decisive period here for the XAU and the equities. If the XAU doesn't rebound this week, it is in serious trouble. If the Nasdaq continues to rise this week it could explode to the upside. It's amazing.
