If one is long CMTO, I fail to see the point in bashing TERN since CMTO has been a direct beneficiary to the latest TERN stock price appreciation. CMTO's own quarterly results were met by initially tepid Wall St response ( down the day after earnings ) and it is more than coincidental that CMTO stock broke out shortly after TERN's quarter was reported. Does anyone have another explanation for this recent/unexpected breakout in CMTO? Is there a large contract announcement on the near term horizon? Where do the so-called professional analysts stand on CMTO???

Pat, Thanks for the excellent homework. I'm still digesting it. However, your patent information for Com21 is not correct. The search you did comes up with Com21 anywhere in the patent. In one of them, there appears to be a Com21 Limited in Australia, in the other, COM21 is a signal line.
