Dear Jay: According to Zach's a pretty reliable source, the high estimate is 43 the low is 35 and the Consensus is 41 cents. Dont know where you got the 62. Earnings to be released sometime around 2/10 so NO we are not past the day for warning. However, if recollection serves me right they already did give guidance saying Revenue would be down somewhat but earnings unaffected. JDN
