Pat,
Thanks. You answered my question about liability issues and how
TERN is playing them, you gave us increased awareness of how
business can be done in the cable industry w.r.t. warrants and
agreements, and illuminated some issues regarding Com21's
competitor in the stock marketplace.

Hi Pat - thx for the info. That is good news [re: fund participation.] Regarding to your comment in the subsequent post, that the industry is in infancy, I agree wholeheartedly. Cable modem is still a disruptive technology just gaining momentum, there is plenty of room for the substantive companies, big and small. Granted that MOT has gained a greater presence by acquiring GIC, CMTO is still the #3, without too much excess baggage like COMS.
