ESS Technology CFO resigns FREMONT, Calif., Jan 24 (Reuters) - ESS Technology Inc. (NasdaqNM:ESST - news) on Monday said its chief financial officer, Dale Lindly has resigned. The maker of products that help bring together personal computer audio and visual communications to consumers said Robert Blair, the company's president and chief executive officer would assume the role of interim CFO while the company searches for a replacement. No further information was available immediately. Shares of Fremont, Calif.-based ESS closed at 23-7/16 Friday, the most recent day shares were traded.
