The company has a "Cowpland like" prophecy policy. Up to this point its been we are going to Nasdaq, we are listing Nasdaq, we are interested in Nasdaq......etc.etc. Pearl was on the National News saying they were going Nas in 90 days last fall. In the end it appears they will go when it is most advantageous. Now the only issue is, advantageous for the insiders and their shares/options or advantageous for the company and shareholders? If one disbelieved the 90 days to Nas last fall, then one should also not believe what is said in this article. I have no idea who wrote it, I got it from Stockwatch. the Chief
