Just a word of caution to those who are thinking about 'margining' -- remember, only margin to the extent that you are 'able to sleep at night'.

Wishing you well,

Place a before the italicized text, and a after.

Look at this post on the thread to see the special characters used (you can't see them in this post, unless your looking at it from the thread). They're "i"s with brackets. Use the i with brackets to open, and the /i with brackets to close.

Our local server has been out for hours, so someone else may have already replied to you on the italic. What you need to do is bracket the word or phrase you want to italicize (or make bold) with the < symbol to start, and the
/> symbol to end. That should do the trick. You can combine them, but each instruction needs to be in it's own set of brackets.

It works out the same for me. If I've got $10,000,I won't borrow more than $6,000.

If the gross value goes up to $20,000, after I "repay" the $6,000, I've got $14,000, which supports not more than $l4,000 x .6 or $8,400.

If the market falls 37.5% on all my stocks, I'll hear from Mr. Broker. I suppose there's always a first for everything, but I've never gotten that call.
