Joan, You're right, when I go to the Grammar Clubhouse on the old SI, I only get six messages in there. I assume there should be many more. We'll check into "what the heck happened". To my knowledge, the Grammar Clubhouse is the only clubhouse experiencing this problem. If any of the other clubhouses have a similar occurrence, please let us know. In any case, the "marauding Vandals" were not us, I assure you. To further clarify my PM, it is precisely because of your "hue-and-cry" that we're leaving the Clubhouses running. Plan A was to replace the Clubhouses feature in the new site, but things don't always go according to Plan A. Plan B was to simply turn off the Clubhouses (along with the old site) and replace them eventually in the new site. (I assume you would consider Plan B to be Plan "Bad".) So, we came up with Plan C - Plan "Compromise". As I mentioned in the PM, the clubhouses are run off a separate database, so we can take down the old site, and still leave the clubhouses up and running. You will, most likely, need to access them via browser bookmarks, but we'll provide more details on that shortly. With respect to the search features that you mentioned. Those features already exist in the new site. They did not, however, get added to *all* of the appropriate pages in the Classic SI Format Option. All I was trying to say was that we would go back and add them to all of the appropriate pages in the Classic SI Format. I hope that is more clear. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks, Bryan PS: I don't normally "argue" with members, but I do have to take issue with one comment you made in your post. You indicated that I had mistakenly left out an apostrophe from the word "Clubhouses". I realize that I am probably jumping into a pot of boiling oil by questioning the leader of the SI Grammar Clubhouse, but I believe my usage (and spelling) is correct. If you read the sentence again, I was using the plural form (as in multiple Clubhouses), as opposed to the possessive (i.e. Clubhouse's). The plural of "house" is "houses", right? True, the plural of "mouse" is "mice", but Clubhice definitely doesn't sound right. <VBG>
