Mike, sometimes I wonder if the game plan is to continue to flood the world with dollars (living beyond our means) until the dollar standard collapses at that point there won't be confidence in any fiat money and the bankers of the world can introduce a gold backed currency. Until the party ends the US has a great time at the expense of foreigners who can't force us to pay them back. Many do not realize it but the U.S. going off the gold standard was a contractual default by the U.S.. Mike
