Katie,
Etrade with MM Knight on ask is the worst I've ever seen in years. Thanks for MBSC - took almost a hour to fill some more earlier at the ask.
Kind regards,
DD

BTW: POKR movement

Suretrade is operating as usual today. Except, CHIP took 120 minutes for a market order!

Katie, <<Anybody having long delays>> Yes, YES, YESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I get personal attention because I pay my broker 5%, but even they can't get the trades done. I think the MMs are having problems and going nuts trying to do the penny trading while screwing everyone they can, it's a difficult job, but someone's got to do it, it just takes a little longer. Grrrrrrrrrr.

On CnBC a little while ago they said many traders could not get to work today in NY because of the Snowstorm...

Maybe that's the reason for the bad fills.

I usually get pretty good ones at Web Street...but today has been slow there too.

It's a problem across the board and it doesn't matter which broker you use, because the problem is with the MMs. My broker/MM has been having trouble for days just getting the bigger MMs to answer their phones. The unprecedented volumes and price movements on the BB are simply overwhelming the system and the MMs. When you see MMs intentionally locking or crossing markets left and right because they can't get through to the MM who has the posted best offer, that's a good indication of the scope of the problem. It's not going to get better until the greater fools buy and the music stops.

<Question to the thread: Anybody having long delays in getting fills today?>

TD Waterhouse in Canada, and the last couple of weeks, I have had every kind of problem you can think of.

This morning alone cost me $7000 in lost profits.

At this moment, I am on hold with them, and have been for about 20 minutes, still trying to sort out the short position they show me in on SITK since $9 7/8 LOL It closed at $14 7/16 today.
