Dear Bob: Boy, those pictures bring back memories. I used to race in Scrambles over 40 yrs. ago. Course we didnt have the fancy stuff you got today, but we had a lot of fun on our Harley Hummers and Triumph Cubs. haha. JDN

I replaced everything electrical, the fuel system and recored the radiator. The tires had a patent date of 1939 and had holes big enough to pass a baseball through. I took the tires in and had them patched and wonder of wonders they held. I did force him to buy new tubes though. He was from New York City and didn't know how to mow grass. He would drive around aimlessly mowing the same spots over and over.
