Indeed Bradley is a poor alternative, but better a choice than Gore. Well. I would say he is better than Gore inasmuch as he seems to believe what he says, though what he says is often repugnant to me. Gore really does not believe his rhetoric, and so himself is a repugnant individual. I guess that is why the Dems will give him the nomination.... I knew Forbes would come in second, but I did not think he would come within shooting range of Bush. I heard someone make the claim that with Keyes and Forbes shooting at him from the right, Bush will have a serious time fending off McCain in NH. This is true. If Bush nails all challengers in NH, then McCain can give it up. McCain will not win in SC as it is, and certainly not if he loses NH. But the folks in NH are weird (oh, Hi JLA! - grin). They seem to enjoy cutting the high and mighty down to size. So Bush may find himself unpleasantly surprised there.

(Just kidding about NH. I love the state. The people are amongst the best in the land. I am actually looking into buying a retreat there.)
