Howard, I regret to inform you that Dobbs is misreading that eligibility rule. March 8 is when they become ineligible to be listed on the OTCBB. The E will be appended 30 days PRIOR. So on Feb 8th PABN will be PABNE. (E indicates that they are not current in their SEC filings.)

And of course March 8 they will no longer list on the OTCBB, but on the pink sheets.
