Calvin - not so thick - you are right, over the near term, WCOM has more percentage upside. The collar is roughly 40 to 54. From $40 to $54 Sprint is worth the same amount: $75. So if WCOM goes to $54 from $40, that is better than to $75 from $60.

On the other hand, the regulatory downside is better with Sprint. And if WCOM goes only to $42 or $45 between now and deal closing, Sprint is a better play- the same $60 to $75. My horizon is longer term and it is through Sprint 2002 Leaps. It all depends on your view of risk and near term price movement.

Good luck,

Mark
