I lot of this discussion is moot until there is a prospectus or announcement. In most tracking stocks that
I have heard of, it was a stock to track performance of one or more divisions with no votes, no dividends, and unknown value in a merger or other combination. Conflicts of interest are huge and the parent often gets the better end.
Lets see the offering before we discus too many unknowns.
