Paul (I hope you don't mind me jumping in here).

Eric,

A couple of weeks ago, I joined the QCharts support team. Quite a learning curve. Today I handled personally about 167 email support issues. Being very familiar with the QCharts program, many of the QCharts support issues are being funneled my way. Today I didn't handle one single server or queuing issue on QCharts. The capacity issue seems to be on the Live Charts side. Apparently the recommendation in the recent Barron's article overwhelmed the Live Charts side (coupled with the roll out of the new site). Today it was noted that many of the queuing issues (or so they were thought to be) were actually related to a corrupted resident temp file in the user's computer. Symptoms of this are similar to queuing-- long delays before charts load (or chart doesn't load at all). Clearing the temp file in the QCharts directory seems to resolve nearly all of the "apparent" queuing problems. This bug is being looked into currently and should resolve many of the problems that some have experienced. If you are experiencing problems with QCharts tomorrow, email me and I will make sure that we solve your problem.

Matt
