Now there's some characteristics of this Internet economy which are relatively new, and new demands placed on our products. Customers have come to think of the Internet as a utility. Just like they pick up the telephone and they get a dial tone, just like they plug the toaster into the wall outlet and they get electricity, they expect when they log onto your Web site that they will be able to access the information, the goods and services, that they seek 100 percent of the time. In addition to their no tolerance to down time, these customers are pretty demanding from a service level perspective.
