If I remember correctly, which is not likely, the merger should be clarified in mid-2000. We should be getting hints sooner, tho. You know, requests for more information, etc.

I also suspect the recent proposed merger of AOL-TW will help ours because we don't seem so overwhelmingly big now. Also, the AOL merger will keep anti-trust people busier.
