The Bear Sterns thing is amazing. A "sell" rating on a company growing at >50%/year with a PE ratio of <20.

Assuming there is not some manipulation going on (i.e. she is not being paid to take the stock down), the only thing I can think is, she is guessing there will be further weakness because of overhanging stock sales by OLBs. And she thinks she can be a hero by being the first analyst to predict the price will drop further.

Well, this too shall pass.

i would agree that nite can not continue the market gains of the past 4 years just because of how much they have taken in that time. hence nites moves into other areas.

anyone care to venture a guess as to what price the bleeding stops? do we see the under 20?
