I have said before I would be a buyer anywhere below 130, and an aggressive buyer below 100. Even though these are completely different companies, the stock price movement correlates very well with aol's last spring when it went from 180 down to 80 or so before rebounding to new highs later in the year. AOL is a more problemmatic stock, though, becuase its business model is based on a lot more "what if's" than qcom.
