Dan, the stock-HABE-is OTC-BB which recently went to the dreaded pink sheets for not filing on time. I know the pinks are sometimes the final straw but I see it as a buying opportunity. Anyway, I thought my order had to be filled first before an order with a lower price.
Dan, if you could find the article you mentioned I would appreciate it if you would forward it to me,either on this thread or at rlembo@hotmail.com

That's as good of an explanation as I could have done. Trade BBs at your own risk - particularly true if the average volume is low.
