Or, does the stock simply have to reach $5 at the time of the application?<< That was my recollection from earlier last year when other Canadian companies have moved down to the NASDAQ. Unless things have changed, I believe that a 45 day average is still the criteria. But to be sure, I will call tomorrow and confirm it. I'll talk to you tomorrow! Crazy Canuck
