Yeah, Those model of communication were drilled into me thru the Change Management part of my XMBA....I'd use them when mediating in office related conflicts. Focus on the problem, not on the person, supportive communication and all that.....when it comes to my daughter, I just HOLLAR her name and think its all her fault !!!!!! She feels likewise. I guess too much emotion involved...!!!
